Upstairs

Right now there are 6 guys, soon to be Seniors in High School playing pool and video games in the Royal Castle Game Room. There is laughter, roaring laughter, and lots of groaning and more laughter. I made chocolate chip cookies, they devoured them and are back upstairs again and I LOVE IT!

Prince 2 starts a 3 day College Prep Boot Camp at LRCA tomorrow. They will have representatives from colleges around the region to hep the fill out resumes, write essays, and fill out applications. As competitive as many of the universities are getting, this sho

uld be a great experience and helpful to the process.

Several of the guys have looked at OBU (Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia), JBU (John Brown University in Siloam Springs AR), University of Arkansas, Baylor and Tulsa. Prince 2 really liked JBU, but needs to go look at a few more before he will be able to make a decision. We are hoping the boot camp will help with that.

The King is studying for an on-line class he is teaching with Central Baptist College as well as a class he is teaching for JBU here in North Little Rock.

Tomorrow night is ladies night out for me and 3 of my closest friends. I'm looking forward to spending time catching up.
