The front of Westhope house, built in 1929. Can you imagine what people thought when FLW designed such a modern house just after the depression? In a strange coincidence one of the neighbors was driving by and stopped to talk to us. She watched this house being built and has lived in this neighborhood all of her life. She told us what an attraction it was at the time.....much different than the other homes being built.
